Waikiki Paulino

Waikiki “Kiki” Paulino is a husband, father, entrepreneur, and the founder of Kings in Christ, a nonprofit movement helping men succeed in life without losing their families, faith, or peace of mind. After more than 25 years leading over 5 billion dollars in commercial real estate projects, Kiki saw the same troubling pattern everywhere: men winning at work while quietly losing at home. Out of his own journey and faith, he began creating spaces where men could be honest about their struggles and start building healthier legacies.

His first book, Win Without Losing What Matters Most, is a raw, brotherly guide for high-performing men who want to lead their lives and homes with purpose and no regrets. Kiki’s writing is direct, heartfelt, and rooted in truth, inviting men to rise personally, spiritually, and relationally.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he now lives in New Jersey with his wife and two precious daughters.
